Game 1: Got a worse draw than I ever did when testing this deck (WHY does that always seem to happen?), but still managed to pump out a 2x CP'd Wrym. Unfortunately, this gave Morm the time to get a Fog Shield out which, as a disturbing theme to this whole match, blocked way more than 40% of my attacks. He kept pumping out creatures and killed off my now 3x CP'd Wyrm and while it was technically close, there really was no doubt about the outcome due to the slow start.
Game 2: Much better starting hand, and I soon got out a 2x CP'd Wyrm that even got a hit in before Fog showed up! Well, out came Fog (which I actually hit through once!), and my Wyrm was quickly shot down. I was able to play another CP'd Wyrm before too long, though, all the while picking off his Elite Chargers with my OE. It came down to the final turn, but I only needed one of my 2 Wyrms or my OE to hit him through the Fog. Luck was with me, for a change.

This game frustrated me to no end. Morm changed up his deck to a FFQ deck which I knew was coming at some point, and I switched to my UG deck thinking that even if he went for the Charger deck again, the damage and CC would come fast enough that I should be OK. I started off double Shockwaving a FFQ and quickly got a few Elite Fireflies and three UGs out, as well as an EE and a Fog. Unfortunately, he had a Fog and OE of his own, as well as a couple of Empathic Bonds. He quickly started picking off my Flies, and managed to play a couple more FFQs. Long story short, my last three UGs hid in the last 6 cards of my deck, and I simply couldn't do enough damage to him to get him down into UG range.

I was very happy to see a hand filled with quanta and critters, and also quickly drew a couple more. I left two Graboids unevolved while I played my EE, trying to keep watch on the field. He was quickly accumulating Air quanta, and I figured Dragons were gonna be coming soon. I I evolved both of my Graboids, dropped a Sky Dragon, and played my Lycanthrope, hoping I would hit a good amount through Fog and continue to draw into the 11 creatures I had in my deck and/or one of the Explosions to get rid of that damn Fog. Instead, I drew quanta source after quanta source. Disheartening, to be sure, but Morm came with good decks and there wasn't much I was going to be able to do if my own didn't want to cooperate with me.
Always a pleasure playing you, Morm, and I'll see you on the battlefield again soon!
