Ok, quick rules check.

I'm a champion of Light, squad 3 has four champion in total so I'm entitled to 8 upgraded cards.

I should stick to light element cards + up to 6 of the following elements (the aides in squad four 3).

Am I right?

except that those aides are on squad 3 you're right yes, also you can't use shards and your deck must use at least 33% of light cards (pillar and pend count).

Also you can use any number of pillar and pend from the other elements (they don't count in the 6 limits) but you must keep having 33% light cards.

Drew Eternity and a couple towers early. Played one poison and had it instantly rejected by a purify. After that it was keeping his ice squid off the field by constantly reverse time-ing it. I got 3 quanta every turn so it was easy to handle that. Dropped his attack damage using reverse time on the mummy that came in as well. As my spiders came in, the damage went up.

Wasn't very lucky with draws overall. Wishing I switched out an entropy pend with death. I was stuck looking at a spider a turn and two novas in my hand next to two three cost cards. It was pretty tight until his bone dragon came out :/

Unlucky again.. Had a one pillar draw and was stuck for two turns without being able to use my SNs. After That I came out guns a'blazin' but he had already had enough of a damage output to overcome my grabby.

Discord was on ralf's side today... Pulled it out around the 2nd/3rd turn and was doing a pretty good amount of damage with all my spiders. Not really sure if I would've won, but on the last turn ralf's quanta stayed at 10 because my disco is evil and he was able to play his dragon the next turn.

All very close and tense games! Good games ralfy!

He went with a time duo. I saw a mummy and was like : okay got it. I played a squid and a mummy too. he add an annoying eternity. RT'd my squid. and my mummy. played squid and recluse. He RT'd my squid again. I was trolled rofl. 0-1

Started with 2 pillar but at least I had a scorpion and momentum in hand. he played some entropy pend so I guess it was a pandly deck. the 2 recluse turn 2 and 3 showed me I was wrong lol. I had arsenic and an other scorpion while he played mummy. I had an othr scorp. Game was going to be close but my dragon who was waited in hand finally could come in play and killed him 1-1

He got a poor 1 pillar start while I played recluse and poison turn 2 and same turn 3. still it was a trap, he played 2 SN, graboids and recluse, and deflagged my poor skull shield. One mummy came back to help my recluse and they managed to get me the win. 2-1

Game 4 (Win) : wanted to take something more original but I couldn't find a deck that seems good enough for me. So I took :

Won again the toss and started with arsen and poison, he had a upped recluse turn 2.I played a dragon and he played ton of recluse + discord. I dropped a shield. Should have played a mummy though.. luckily discord didn't scrambled me enough and my dragon came for the last blood, at least I had mummy and recluse to kill him in case I didn't had enough quanta. 3-1

Very good and entertaining games shrink, you surprised me with some really efficient decks. You even forced me into playing twice monodeath because the decks you used lowred my choice. With a little less luck i'd have lose this match. I'm looking forward our next match, I really enjoyed this one ! GL for the next and

If you mean its legal, Then either i'm blind or i got the rules wrong. I see 9 death cards here excluding pillars pendulums, including upped of course.

Editing to include the rule:

For purposes of deckbuilding only, all Pillars and Pendulums are considered "other" cards and don't count toward your limit of cards-per-element. 33% of your deck must be in-element. Shards are banned from this tourney. Mark cards are allowed and match the element they provide.

Hmm oh yeah you understood somehting wrong : tower and pend count IN elements for your main element.

They doesn't count for the other elements in the 6 card limit.

The rules say "all Pillars and Pendulums are considered "other" cards". Thats what got me.

Yes it is but if you want my opinion it's not a good deck.

the rules need a little update, see the OP post :
- You may only use off-element cards that match your Squad's Aides. 6 of that element per Aide (Pillars/Pendulums do not count for the 6 cards).
- 33% of cards must be in element (Pillars/Pendulum DO count for this.)

Yes it looked hard to build a deck with 33% non pillar cards in elements which isn't a mono..

Majofa will update the rules I think, but for any round the OP post is more important than the rules.
