I'm kinda in the same boat as Jijo. We really didn't anticipate the lack of time we're currently experiencing.
That said, as much as lack of time may or may not justify your team's or even your own performance, you could spend less time trying to justify whatever mistakes you've made by whatever challenges that were set, be it lack of time, creative blocks, rubbish tasks or something entirely different, and focus on improving tasks for the next round.
