Do wing flap or dragon breath remove invisibility? (going to assume wing flap yes, while dragon breath requires targeting first)

Yes, both spells remove invis, athough you are correct that dragon breath requires targeting. HOWEVER, the dragon can still target his own creatures to remove your invis if he would want to (since the damage is dealt to ALL creatures).
Also, do not assume that the Dragon is a stupid AI, this is The Dragon. He is smart and will play as well as a human will do (or perhaps better still). He is (sadly) not omniscient though, so he doesn't know your deck in advance.
