Roles are mostly irrelevant, though; they're really all just flavours.
By round 4, everyone starts doing everyone else's roles anyways

I'll give Mixtape first dibs, but if you get an excess of applications we could use a sub...  3 of our members have all but disappeared (occasional comment here or there) but Andre and I did 99% of the work on the last round and it was taxing.
