Only minor comments on most stuff as I don't know about them.
Boss and Artist: Voted based on which looked better. But everything really looked fantastic, great job!
CD: Ticking Time Bomb seems really similar to the Time Bomb creature that has been done before. Pauli's is a cool scientific principle, and the application is very neat (even though the card needs balancing). I liked Abyss's implementation of Gravitational Waves better, and it seems much more elgant than the rest. The last three just did not seem interesting.
DB&FE: My initial thoughts on the matter is that starters should be decent decks capable of beating AI2 once the player learns to use its combos, and show a path towards beating AI3. The early AI levels are there for a reason, and a started deck should have scope for improvement. And it should display more of the awesomeness of the game.
Gaia's Pride: I actually like the progression here, as it lets you experiment with a lot of stuff. Ofco we should let the players play around with a deck more than a couple of matches, but that can be fixed. My only problem is having Immortal as a starter deck - it's best to keep some damage sources in the deck at the start.
A Toadally Newtral Team: I like the rush and stall distinction, though it could be termed better for new players. The decks are great, with enough damage and stuff to help players get a grip on the game.
Abyss Brawlers: Like above, but I like your implementation a bit better. More card variety is best to start with.
League of Shadows: Neat idea, but where do you go from there? Not introducing duos seems to be an iffy idea to me, because being restricted to one element might make it harder for a player to get into the deckbuilding of the game. But I do like the customization features.
Fiery-Hot Mixtape: Yeah, no. Giving players ready-made decks doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
The Chaosomes: Decent but I think others have done it better.
I went with Gaia and Shadows because I liked how they implemented playing with the decks rather than just handing them out.
Writing: Needs to be more funny. Voted for the funny ones, A Toadally Newtral Team gets honorable mentions
