We're still looking for one
or more applicants to be a Boss for Brawl #5.
Here's a quick summary of what a Boss is:
- A Boss is responsible for creating a team, picking a team name, and buying players during Auction to fill that team. During Brawl itself, there will be one Boss Task per Round that you'll be expected to complete. It sounds a lot more complicated than it is. The Masters of each Elements are contacted first to see if they want to be a Boss, and if less than a certain number are interested, we open Boss Applications.
To be a Boss, you don't need any qualifications. There's no minimum post count required, no minimum account age, no need for PvP proficiency, and you don't have to be a Master*. However, you'll be expected to remain active for the duration of Brawl - your chances of successfully applying will be substantially increased if you're a known face and we can rely on you to stick around. Ideally, we're looking for applicants who have previously participated in Brawl, but of course that's not essential. Dedication and enthusiasm are what we value most!
*If you are a Master and interested in Bossing and you haven't told us yet, do tell us and you'll automatically be granted BossnessBrawl will start after War ends. The sooner you
get your application in, the more time we'll have to consider you.
