Should be edited to "Isn't it awkward to sit with you're back to me sir?"

"I'm the boss here and that's how it looks like here." Using here twice to represent that same place in the same sentence is redundant.

Should be edited to "I'm the boss (around) here and that's what it looks like!" or "I'm the boss here and that's what it looks like." Same exact thing except I'm letting you read how much smoother it sounds if you don't have the word around vsing if you do.

Personally how people actually speak from where I am they would say around, and I encourage you to do the same when using quoted format. But if the number of words is getting to be a real restraint you can take it out and no one will notice really.

Long, long ago, one of the half-gods called Zanzarino, aka Zanz, came up with an idea to create the most awesome fantasy card game in the world. He created the Elements Earth and Zanz saw that it was good. Zanz also said, "Let there be Light"; and there was Light. And Zanz saw that the Light was good; and Zanz separated the Light from the darkness. Zanz also added water, air, time etc. you know, all these 12 Elements that form the whole Elements World. The World was beatiful, yet empty. So Zanz started looking for some creatures that could work for him. He received a great number of resumes, here's just one that interests us today:
