Voted everywhere for our team because I like the work we did there! Good job folks!
As for the 2nd vote:

Boss/Writer: Was a choice between Divine Light or Silver Ferns, as they stood out from the other submissions. Went for the Divine Light one, as I thought it more funny.

Artist: Although I really liked the avatars of Divine Light and DDD, I think that the Whispers in the Dark represent their name the best in their picture.

Card Designer: Wasn't so sure what to pick here. DDD and Whispers are the ones I like most. Went for the Whispers since I don't see a good use for the White Lady.

Deckbuilder: Blerch, all Rainbows :/ I'll skip voting here, as I'm too biassed and couldn't decide anyway (will do this later... maybe)

Forum Expert: The choice Silver Ferns was rather clear here.

Off-Topicer: TL/DR (will do this later... maybe)

after sleeping a night over it and taking some time to reevaluate the two tasks I haven't yet voted on, I came to a conclusion:

Deckbuilder: Went for Divine Light. Reason? ... well, I asked RNG. The decks were imo equally fitting to the theme and unimaginative (stoopid bow, blerch). As for the win chance, I'm too lazy to test it out for all of them.

Off-Topicer: Whispers in the Dark it is. I liked how they turned insanity into a religion xD

Reason for votes:

Artist: People that didn't tried it hard often underestimate how hard it is to draw a convincing hand (just look at what I made this round, although I had a style excuse). The way that MegroN pulled this off made me slightly impressed (he should learn how to use the path tool though. It gives a more polished look to the end result). The effectiveness as an avatar is also good.
Divine Light came close for me. The avatar is effective, but from a technical viewpoint it is much simpler.

Combo: Elimination, I didn't liked the 3 others (I liked ours, since I did most of it ).

CD: I went for balance here. Even though Silver Ferns is a complicated card it has a much better balance than the other 3. I'd have picked on Spy if I had seen anything like those balance problems in our submission.

DB: The 2 that decided not to make a speedbow.

FE: There's a reason I though Oa and ARTH were going to dominate here. Neither disappointed me. Kudos for the_dictator for writing something that wasn't cringe inducing.

OT: DDD managed to make a religion that makes sense. I though ours was funny

Explanation:
Boss/Writer task: Divine Light. D3 is too repetitive near the end, it's like a collection of snowclones instead of comic. Whisper's has small text, and feel too chatty because of it. Fern's feels TL;DR. Really nothing else feels good enough.
Artist task: Death Dost Dominate, hands down. It feels fitting, and it's so smooth compared to the others. Yes it's not build from scratch, but it's not explicitly restricted anyway.
Card Designer task: Whispers in the Dark. Was a tie between D3 and Whisper but then again, D3's card is not mechanically possible as of now.
Deck Builder task: D3. Playing with its theme AND the colorful creatures. Wish i could say our is better, but we took the easy way of making a duo, though it's arguably easier to balance rainbow than duo. I just feel some of our cards are forced.
Forum Expert task: Silver Ferns. It brings smile to my face, compared to D3's (somewhat) arrogant language (which it's supposed to do, but still) or Whisper's and Light's bland submission. Dat ASCII.
Off-Topicer's task: D3. Too cool compared to the rest.

Overall D3's submissions are awesome enough, so it's also a team we should keep an eye on.
