For the OT task, is it necessary to create the adapted video or simply explain what it would look like or write it out?

A video would be preferred but not required if you have good reason for being unable to create one (lack of software/hardware/the source material isn't easy to parody in that way)

One question about the Boss Task. What about cards with a neutral or zero cost? Does upped Sundial count as ? Does Animate Weapon count as ? Does Luciferin|Luciferase count as ? Does upped Holy Flash count as ? I suppose we can't just add one copy of these cards in our decks just to "include" more elements, can we?
Furthermore, is Shard of Serendipity banned?

Shard of Serendipity is okay to use, but pushing it (allowed though, since the cards that support it so well are banned)

As for 0/Other cost cards, as Oldtrees said and I confirmed, "using" is generating and spending quanta of a certain type.

Double checking:
Does spending  on a Longsword ( ) count as using Life? I would think not.

If it would not count then it could be summarized as
"using" is generating quanta of a certain type and spending it on a cost of the same type.

Well, a deck with Aether Mark, Aether Pillar/Pends, Mindgates and Dims is considered a mono, right? No matter what your opponent brings, it is still a mono.
Moreover, a Deck with Steals can theoretically get any Pillar/Pend it wishes, but a monodark is still a monodark.
Finally, Mutation counts an an card and Fallen Elf/Druid mutation count as effect, no matter the element of the produced creature.

May the Brawlmasters correct me if I am wrong.

"Generating and spending quanta of a given type" is the definition used.  If you can RELIABLY spend time in a life/entropy duo by getting time costing abilities with mutation every game AND having the time quanta to spend it, you can count it.  But I doubt anyone could.
