Artist/OT task
Cuckoos: While having a new game is really nice, the implementation of the video could've been better.
Pict-o-Mark existed a long time ago, it's in the game archive (it's a game so thrilling it lasted a whooping 2 days efore dying and being necro'd once in a while).
With the video it was my fault. I'm very aware of all the shortcommings. I had little time so I aimed at sillyness. Maybe the most impressive part is the marks updating at random (~400 updates). Think about for a while on how to do it in a sane amount of time and you'll see there's probably a trick going on here
I also didn't wanted to discard Tom's footage after bothering him the whole week XD since I know it was hard for him to put that together and the idea of twitch plays pict-o-mark which was our initial inspiration was genius imo.
Also a comment on the other Artist submissions:
WitD: lolwut
Ferns: cute pixel art. Some sound would have gone a long way here.
DL: Bravo.
Since this is a combo task my comments on the OT part:
Ferns: we discarded connect 4 for being too boring but you guys pulled it well
DL: we expected everyone to do corrupt-a-wish or mafia so not the most original choice here.
WitD: See DL
To the last 2, the Oty being called a devourer was funnier than the 1.4 jokes.
Our submission had what I thought was the overall 2nd best art and best OT part tied with Ferns while DL had the best art hands down so I'm torn between Ferns and DL for my second vote.
