For the deckbuilding task, is there a certain set of rules that the deck must have for it to be qualified as "viable against ai4" like winning more then 50% of the time or something? In one straight forward question to represent all my questions "What qualifies a deck to be viable against X?"

We would say that viable means capable of fighting against the deck and winning enough matches that it could recoup it's losses. We're not going to give a set number. Winning a single lucky game is not enough, but neither do you need 99% winrate

If multiple members submit different versions of the same task, (Say the Artist, Deckbuilder and Card Designer all submit the Artist-Deckbuilder combo task) what is used?

I would assume either the lastest, the most complete or the one submitted by the role matching the task.

We take the last valid submissions we receive for each task.

On the combo task. Every text must be included in the word count or just dialogs and narration?

Suppose there is a joke sign in the background, that is there just for laughs, we count this text too? In case we do, can we just add these in the end of the transcript?

I think just dialogs and narration are fine.

Bout the DB task, the explanation should be only about the creatures? or about other cards too?

It's meant to be about the creatures, though if you have an explanation of the other cards and can keep it brief, that's fine.
