I don't get why you specify that the artist task has to be in traditional.
Because they are NOT to do their art on the computer, and we wanted to stress that point.
Shrink has told us that he felt he wasn't as good at traditional. By making it strictly traditional, you're giving an advantage to those who are better at traditional than digital.

Which is why there was a task where artists had to do only digital art, right?*

And no, the photography one does not count as digital.

*There is no such task, btw.

We specifically had several different mediums in order for artists to be tested in a number of areas instead of giving favor to those who do digital.

As for "*There is no such task, btw." I would have to say that, while we didn't ban traditional medium, it was a given that the redesign of the forums would be almost exclusively digital art.

There are several types of traditional media as well. There were many options available.
Some writers are better at serious writing than they are at comedy.  There were two writer tasks that required being funny and none that specified you needed to be serious.  That's part of the fun of Brawl.

This is true as well. Sorry, but if you sign up to be an for Brawl, expect to have to deal with many different challenges within the role you chose.
