What about enforcing both?
I'll be doing a full review of every artist task entry. If your entry isn't at least a 256x256px image, I'm deducting points. No hiding behind low-res art here.
No formatting restrictions on deck builder's task?
Edit: I guess it is obvious, but upped and unupped version for Artist task get the same art.
