Now that I've been thoroughly rereading the rules again there's a part of the sign-ups that I think could use improvement, namely the selection of the team. Although you will likely get 5 players you rated highly, they may well all be suited for the same role.
    Instead, maybe this rearrangement could be done for each role, people only being eligible for a role if they signed up for it. I know this would probably make it much harder for the Brawlmasters to do the selection, or to get enough people for each role(though maybe people should be scratched from one list if their services are required to get enough people for a different role they signed up for), but it just makes more sense to me.

This is probably the way we will go with it. We'll post here when we have the biggest kinks worked out of the Team Selection process.

Although the masters will likely be in charge and teams will probably be refered to by element, that is all it will account for. As such, it will save time and effort if everyone just selects roles.

Not long after war (maybe a day or so, whenever UT or I get to it) we'll put up the sign up topic, then post the teams about a week/week and a half later for a few days to allow people to drop and sub as needed, and then the event will start!

Aside from the fact Bosses are Masters (or at least Masters get first priority), is this event going to be very element-based? If so how will submissions be kept anonymous if they are clearly based around a specific element?

Submissions will not be element based. Bosses of elements being boss of team of the same element is all there is to it.
