I have a suggestion: Tell everyone on your team to vote for your own submissions. Standings might be a lot closer if everyone had done that.
You're implying that's not the case already? Nearly every single submission so far has been getting around 4-6 votes. This means that every team member has been voting for their own team already, and the only people to truly decide who wins are the non participants.
There's many people who vote for what they liked most, not only for their team. There are tasks with 5 or less votes and other ones with 20+. Personally, I voted for other teams' tasks several times in this Brawl.

I know that's the case, I've seen submissions with less than 4 votes, but I'm just saying that's how I assume in general things are because you see hasty submissions that have 7 votes as well.

I really wish there was a way to make it so a Brawler does not know what submission their teammate submitted. This would remove the incentive to vote for ones own team. This would make all Brawler voting impartial.

The 2 votes idea will not remove this problem. Likely it will give people like Chapuz an excuse to have 1 partial and 1 impartial vote. (Though not all of them would succumb) However it will increase the fraction of the total votes that are impartial.

Every submission would get at least 7 votes if all the people on each team always voted on their teams stuff. The fact that a lot get 4 means that at least some of them either are not voting or are voting for other teams stuff.

^Yes, voting along team lines poses a problem when there is only 1 vote per topic.

Unfortunately, even with 2 per topic it could still be an issue, though it may be a small improvement at least...

I wish there was some kind of "rank from 1 to X" type of polling available. A ranking option would help balance things a little better than just "vote for your top N favorite"...

Ranking gives more feedback on how well a submission stands relative to its peers, so its well suited to a competition like this one.

Alas, that kind of polling isn't easily available on the forums right now :(

1) In the boss round, each proposal must be up to 500 words and we need at least 3 proposals, so our BOSS submission has to be 1500 overall, right?
2) Is it ok if we include the original art in the Card Designing task? For example, we remake Firefly Queen by keeping her element but turning her into a permanent which generates 1 Firefly per turn, is it ok to use the original FFQ pic as a placeholder art for our idea?
3) About Off-Topicker, can you be a little more specific about keeping it 'good spirited'?

Overhaul!
Redesign an existing, in-game card, keeping only it's Element and name.

Special Rules: All card submissions must follow the CIA Guidelines, with one important exception: NO CARD ART ALLOWED.

What is meant by "keeping only it's Element and name"? Does this mean if we choose a creature, its: attack, HP, cost to play, ability (effect, cost and element) all have to change? Does it mean that a creature must now either become a spell or a permanent and can't remain a creature?

Overhaul!
Redesign an existing, in-game card, keeping only it's Element and name.

Special Rules: All card submissions must follow the CIA Guidelines, with one important exception: NO CARD ART ALLOWED.

What is meant by "keeping only it's Element and name"? Does this mean if we choose a creature, its: attack, HP, cost to play, ability (effect, cost and element) all have to change? Does it mean that a creature must now either become a spell or a permanent and can't remain a creature?
Of the first set, if you want to keep playing cost the same, it's not a huge deal, but everything else should. I think it's a much bigger challenge (and thus a better final task) for you to try and make a card work as a wholly different type.

Though technically, nothing else is *required* to change. Do what works best for your new, overhauled card, regardless what the original stats were.
