It wasn't reduced, it got huge in round 2 and still strong on round 3.

I think us morale took a too big hit to still work at full potential after seeing the difference.

If you mean one team got the best players then *shrug* Most bosses got more than one of their #1 players for the roles, there was plenty of randomization to ensure fairness, and the votes are anonymous.

It has nothing to deal with how the event is organised. It has to do about the objectiveness of the voters. My problem is neither the organizers or the participants, it is the people who vote. By judging the voting results, I consider plenty of them take their vote very lightly or they are just trolling the event with their votes, but this is probably just my opinion...

As I said, it has not to do with "which is whom" or something. It has to do with the fact some really good submissions go bad while some really bad ones do very well. And I am not complaining about my team right now. I have seen several submissions not belonging to my team which are awesome but were fairly underrated at the voting process. I won't post examples here, I may post about it when the event ends...

I agree it is indeed subjective most of time. However, even by taking subjectiveness into consideration, there are some cases where it just doesn't make any sense who is first and who is second, or third... or last.
