Keep in mind that after the voting phase you can post your stuff (decks, cards, etc) in it's proper area, and everyone will receive credit for their ideas of course.

Will winning card ideas recieve a poll boost? ex. auto submission to level 2

Either. No minimum, maximum of 500. 500 for the first writer round, my bad. No minimum on any, though length is likely necessary to make a good tutorial.

For these purposes, we are going with the following definition of Mass CC: "Any non-weapon non-shield non-creature card that has the potential to kill or negatively imbue more than one creature without targeting any single or multiple creatures specifically."

The following cards currently exist in the game under this definition: Pandemonium, Plague, Rain of Fire, Flooding, Thunderstorm, Unstable Gas

I'm not sure that I follow what you mean...how is writing a short story with a length constraint a tutorial?
