I was saying it as a joke anyway. Voters innately carry some subjective bias and that helps make it more diverse.

In other news, I just learned there was a "post on forums" button on the card maker. That would've saved me a lot of trouble had I known about it earlier.

I did recognize and appreciate the joke. However it did raise a good point. When subjectivity can be reduced, skill becomes a greater factor to victory. I perfer a lower variance than normally occurs on this forum so I should try to be more objective.

Concrete examples about how the tutorials help people is exactly what I find useful when voting on tutorials. Thanks.

So I'm finally taking the time to provide some feedback and get some votes in. Since we do this anonymously, I won't comment on all entries, just the ones that pop out to me.. And I'm not saying they're all from opposing teams, either!

Boss Task:
While I thought #1 was pretty creative, I feel it sort of drowned out the original theme. Especially the 'Pandemonium' sample felt like it didn't belong. I suppose I just love jmiz' interpretation of it way too much anyway. As for the other standout, #6; wow. Somebody put a lot of time and effort into this, and it turned out pretty damn well. However, the guideline was to capture the epicness of Elements.. And I don't see how making it into an entirely different game really does that.

Card Designer Task:
A lot of pretty creative stuff in here, though I feel it's pretty unique how #2 and #4 have an almost identical mechanic. I can appreciate the soft CC in #3, even though I'd go with a different name, personally.

Deck Builder Task:
Well.. I have way too little experience in deckbuilding to sift through this one. :x

Artist Task:
Oh boy, art! Finally! Now, I have to admit; #1 stood out for being different. However.. I can't bring myself to like it much beyond the novelty value. An actual human voice would've added so much to this, bring it to life much more. A special mention here for #2, because that's one heck of an improvement in this particular artist's work. Awesome job.

Writer Task:
As a bit of a Star Wars geek, I did enjoy #1, although whether it qualifies as original work.. I suppose it's been edited well enough. I liked the writing style in #3 quite a bit, but the whole concept of having humans in Elements lore just doesn't work for me, I'm afraid. What did work for me? The last line in #5 was utterly brilliant. Also, no dilgo's in #6, I am disappoint.

Off Topicker Task:
I can definitely agree most on #1's movie choice, and the argumentation is pretty good. Both #4 and #5 were particularly persuasive in their writing, though!

Forum Expert:

I was actually mostly impressed by Dream Catcher in the beginning... The Dark Matter's song was also both ingenious and genuine... But I won't tell you more, my vote must remain anonymous... 8)

Same.  It was a breathtaking work of art, but didn't feel as thematically connected as some of the others.
