If I set a deadline, teams still won't get their pics in quickly and it'll end up hurting the team selecting after them more... or at the same time, could benefit the team after them more than it should. Just get your pics in faster...

Terroking's, Onizuka's, and Calindu's teams have done a good job...
Rutarete's team has been good, except for one round....
The rest of the teams (which I won't mention ;p) need to move quicker, even if the captain makes the pic himself....

Matches can always be played until the next round is posted... at that time, the most active participant will get the win, or double loss if I receive nothing from either player.

Think i've read everything here, but didn't find anything on elimination..? How does it go?

After round 1 we have 10 winners, 14 losers and 1 team with 4 loses, but still all players go to round 2..
