I believe that is a post count issue. You'll probably be able to play again once you reach 30 posts.

If User Damage > Monster Damage, Monster Level + Random number between 4 and 7 - User Level, not to exceed 5 or go below 1.

The exp bug being fixed makes exp gain huge. I literally gained 2 levels from 25 stamina as I can get over 10 exp just by fighting.
