This opens up for a ridicolous amount of overtime sniping. I'd rather have that a team left untouched for an overtime phase will become officially a team

A Team rather than a player...

Say a team has 5 players, and one gets sniped right at the end of the overtime, and they aren't online from the snipe to the deadline.
Suddenly all of the good players are locked in other teams, and they HAVE to have a bidding war over the player that was sniped. If they lose the bidding war on that player, they are 100% screwed.
