He is right, rob shouldn't be punished for something outside of his influence.

Self-reporting this as I just noticed it... rob77dERp!! 

I believe my 14-card bid on CuCN here to be invalid as I have reached 15 different bids once I placed the latest bid on omegareaper7.  That bid was first and this one followed hence it seems proper to view this one as violating the maximum 15 bids rule.
