Laxa is 2 players short at the moment and even if Jenk leaves suxerz for Laxa (out of the goodness of his heart), he still lacks another player. Due to the 15-bid limit, his only possible players he can bid now are: Legit and Brusterix -- either of them would be taken out of another team, so the problem would not be solved merely shifted to another General...

Laxa could also bid 14 on suxerz not to be at the mercy of Jenkar. Then Jenkar could bid 14 to shift the choice to suxerz -- this could take 2 extra overtimes, then if suxerz chooses  , then the same game could happen for the 2 other players in another 4 overtimes. If the last one actually chooses  , that leaves another team ( or  ) short, so it could go on further...
