About the half-done application, it was more about the fact that I'm pretty lazy and that I had to write a completely new one in short time because I had to move from the Palace.
There is no real back room deal involved with the crappy nature of my previous app, although tbh I want to help the team I'll end up by being as cheap as possible. I want all generals who bid on me to keep this in mind. I guess I'll be flattered if I somehow end up costing a lot, but it's just not a good plan to bid bunch of cards on someone who has no proven record in previous wars.
