I'm also kind of in transition between final exams and my first co-op work placement (a university program in which I work full-time instead of going to campus for the next 16 months). Hopefully, I can maintain balance through all these changes in my life over the next month or so :x I've been a part of the Elements forums for over 27 months, and have participated in my fair share of PvP Events. I still haven't quite gotten used to the new GDocs Vault Spreadsheets and would prefer to do things the 'old-fashioned' way (think War III, when I made a simple spreadsheet for Team Aether to use). The most important parts of a team are that it has a good dynamic (everyone gets along well, etc.) and that everyone can collaborate and complete each round's tasks as a team. Still missing: 2 SoP, 6 SoV
