That would be fun! The only issue I can see is if they perform well against one but not against team and change the final outcome of War. I personally would not mind letting them pick one of the other elements but I can see why this could end in a great hullabaloo.

With the current state of things, I'd think the best way is to have the 8 teams vote on which element to give them out of & give them an average starting vault size of say 270
