Can't build new Arena deck if new Oracle card is the same as the previous

I had been using a Wings deck for arena for awhile now. Today, the oracle gave me Wings again and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to update the deck with my now much higher Arena level, but I don't get the option and my arena deck is stuck at the level I was at when I first got Wings from the oracle.

This is a known situation and (I believe) intentional - requiring people to build a variety of arena decks was the intention.  Given the chances of any particular oracle card appearing, it's actually fairly unlikely to have the same oracle card twice before your deck leaves the arena.

Not a visual glitch. Most likely it's just the way the game was coded to check the oracle card to allow building a new deck. As of now I believe it just checks the current oracle card versus the one used for the deck. Could be easily fixed by having the game enable the 'create new deck' button when the oracle is spun.

How random is it? It's only really been three days before getting wings a second time, and I got two butterfly effects recently too. Maybe it's just my weird luck but it feels like I get a lot of duplicates.

That, and I do believe that it is intentional that you not be allowed to use the same card twice in a row; otherwise you'd just post the same exact deck, rather than post another one. Allowing the former doesn't really allow for a variety of decks.
