The SoSa isn't strictly necessary, could be replaced, but it can give some much needed healing to buy time for the win.

The decks are based on the combo: Deja-Vu + quintessence + Shard of Wisdom = 2x6 spell damage untargetable creatures at the cost of (2
+ 3
+ 1
) = 6 total quanta.
So you get 12 spell damage for 6 quanta and they are immune to CC. Pretty good deal IMHO. Plus with the SoFr it could be even 18 damage.
Strategy tips:
1. hold back playing SoFr until your damage is out on the field and can afford it
2. do not play DejaVu if you can't quint it right away
3. if you have more SoW in the hand than Vu, you may play multiple on a single Vu before splitting
