So this deck focuses on one of two things, Mitosis on Giant Frogs, then Mitosis on Archangels. Shards of Readiness are for the latter, Shards of Gratitude, Feral Bond and Sanctuarys should keep you alive. The shield will dispose of most enemies while you continue to help out the hurts.

I have actually not played it with full upgraded cards but with just the Archangels, Frogs, SoG, Sanctuarys and a FB it was beautiful.

Why mitosis archangels? they have no synergy and they are pretty expensive.

You use :light and :life without rustlers. This is a blasphemy on its own level. That said, mitosis angels really has no synergy. The whole point of synergy between :light and :life is rustler.

You can get away with life/light without rustler if you make it into a lucifren hope deck due to the large amount of skilless life units(while retaining a somewhat unique deck). However the only point in having light in your deck is for archangels? They have almost one of the worst cost to stat ratios in the game while life has some of the best, why use light at all? Sanctuary gets outclassed by SOG but I will assume you only have 2 currently, in that case add feral bonds. In closing you are just really hurting yourself by adding the light color for no reason, adds unlucky draws and takes away offense and speed.

I think the deck can work fine without Rustlers. You don't need them for this deck, as mito-frogs are really cheap, and you don't need the extra quanta. I do, however, suggest you add another Feral Bond in exchange for a Sanctuary.

I'm not saying it needs rustlers. I'm just saying that without using them, I fail to see the synergy between the two elements.

Yes I see your point but using  :light and  :life with rustlers is only good for going to life, not the other way around.

That said, mitosis angels really has no synergy.
The idea of the angels is that they are hard to kill. Most mitosis decks that I have tried to run focusing on spaming low cost creatures such as the frogs can get hurt bad from cards like the fire shield and other cards that target everything. Angels are able to not only survive these but to heal it back.

Originally this deck did run lucifren but it wound up being too hard to get enough frogs to use it well and set up the angels. The few times it was going to work all the frogs were taken out by some kind of CC.

As to which cards I have, my upgrades are actually rather limited, so I mainly converted it up for the post. It is very possible that much quanta can be droped and remove some other duplicates so that it is a 30 card.

Well yes, shrinking down to 30 cards will be a start. If you think frogs are too fragile then add cockatrices along with the frogs. By dropping most of your light(my suggestion would be dropping angles altogether) the lucifren would be to only pay for hope and run hope. Like I said that is a major change for what your deck was made for but mitosis+shard of readiness should be used for things like dragons...not angels. Their heal is incredibly underpowered and still would be if the skill was free.

Or a different approach: use mitosis and archangels, with a few more SoR's. But Ghost of the Past. Ah screwit.
Not so active.
