I played a few games, didn't keep track of the win rate but it seemed good. I don't have enough money, so four of each pillar and the nymphs are unupgraded. It didn't seem to make a big difference.
I think having four nymphs helps guarantee that you will have one by the time you have the quanta to play it. However, lack of entropy quanta is often a problem early in the game, so an antimatter may be better for its lower cost.
I'm going to try replacing an aether pillar with another quint. I'm not really short on aether quanta because of the mark, but after quinting the first nymph, I usually don't get another one for a while. This stops me from getting a butterflied creature when I need permanent control, as the AI seems to kill it even if I leave it antimattered.
