Can definitely be slimmed down. 6 Turtle shields? You know you can only use 1 right?
Way too many Time pillars. Swap 6 for Hourglasses. Add some offense, seriously. You have 6 Deja-Vus and an Eternity for damage. That really isn't enough.
Add a few Dragons.

True, also, Precognitions are redundant in >30-card decks, since they consume 1 :time and give you the card you would have drawed instead of it if it wasn't there.

Well, if i had to guess id say the point is to rewind a split vu to split it again, but yeah, the deck lacks damage and lots of hourglasses

A mono time deck with 58 cards and no hourglasses or sundials? What is this nonesense. Your deck has six eternities, RTs, turtle shields and deja vus? Isn't that a bit excessive? When was the last time you equipped six weapons and six shields? With only six creatures in such a fat deck? Terribad.

I'm not really sure what this deck would be trying to accomplish but I know there are better decks.
Are you trying to deck you opponent out?
I would slim it down to 30 though.
