Simply play the Lobo or Electrocutor and PU them once they are animated.

Then, i put in some Pendulums to slow down pillar control.

Possible Modifications
-1 Lobo/Elect -1 Animate Weapon  +1 Aether Pillar/Tower  +1 Aether Pendulum
-1 Lobo/Elect -1 Animate Weapon +2 Thunderbolts

I can see this being victim to a bad hand pretty easily.

Any Animate Weapon deck is at least somewhat prone to bad draws. This deck looks good, but I'd consider throwing in a couple Thunderbolts.

i did some more testing and found it does do a little better with 5 elect/lobo and 1 more pillar and pendulum

Thunderbolt sounds like a fantastic idea for either last minute damage or pesky creatures that you just can't deal with using lobo/phase shield for whatever reason.

The cost of Flying Weapon is 0 Air quanta. This is a duo deck.

It is a duo. It's worked out by card element, not costs.
I met this 4 times in the top 50, and to my shock, took it down every time with a destroyer rush. Now that I have a decklist for it I can look for Lobotomisers and test it myself.

ok..  but for the record, i haven't seen any decks like this besides rare farms, but they dont have the right towers.  I made this deck as soon as i thought of and tested it so i could add it to my flying weapons series.  i didn't realize i was copying another deck   and i dont know if this is the best combination of cards either so free to post any modifications you made

Dragoon had something like this up at some point. I don't know how similar the decklists are but they play the same strategy of parallel flying lobotomisers with stall.
