the usage of the deck is fairly simple.
12 water towers : QI 5.3 (64/12)
6 abbyss crawlers : your main source of damage
4 artic octopus this is a small source of damage but it's main goal is CC and stalling monsters by congealing them
2 shards of readiness : use this on the artic octopus to get a costless instant freeze
3 congeal : sometimes you need this if you don't draw an artic squid right away or it gets destroyer
4 ice lances : can be used for CC but also for a big hit further to the end of a game
2 permafrost shields : reducing damage while freezing creatures
2 poseidons : every 2 turns you can destroy your opponents quanta intake a bit giving him less chance in the long run
overall strategy : play your towers (obviously) and get out an artic squid as soon as possible for early CC, don't play them out all at the same time if the opponent has CC (max 2 at the same time) play a shard of readiness on an octopus when possible. Then when you can, play your abyss crawler , shield and poseidon. once again when possible destroy your opponents pillars/towers/pendulum with your weapon to keep his quantum reserve as low as possible. freeze all your opponents creatures . usage of the ice lances can vary. It can be used to kill annoying enemy creatures (like scarab , otuygh, etc) or they can be saved to deal a massive punch further in the game. if you don't have an artic octupus in place you might want to use a congeal instead.
i tested this in the trainer and since this is a fully upgraded deck it never failed against AI3. i also tested against T50 and won a fair amount of games. just don't expect EM
