Hello guys, this is the Splat i´m currently using to win cards on platinum. Is not very different from the other Splats since all of them have similar cards but it have very good winrate. Sundial it´s incredible powerful on these decks, it works like a precognition and prevents the damage on the most critical turns.

I'm pretty sure this very exact version of SPlat has been done before.  But either way, nothing really special. 6 SoSa, 6 novas, 6 scorpions, 6 dials, and 6 buffs. Chaos powers are just as good as momentums if your opponent doesn't have pesky shields up.

Why didn't you post it as a comment in SPlats original thread? Now we have another thread of basically the same deck.
Also, "max win rate" isn't a good name. It may be the best until now (maybe), but maybe in a pair of months a new card comes to EtG and makes this strategy even better, so it's no more "max win rate"

About the deck, why unupped scorps?

Scorps hardly matter unupped or upped. The only difference is 2hp, which doesn't make much of a difference anyway since 3hp is still very fragile.
