That seems like too many Thunderbolts for the quanta you're producing.  Perhaps exchange 1 or 2 for Shockwaves?  The Unstoppables are needed so I guess they work okay.  Although you could switch a few out for Chaos Powers I would think.

There's pretty much little to no way that you'll be able to get the Dune Scorpions out in time, since you're relying on only the Mark and Novas to get your :time quanta.

Some elements are overused, while others aren't utilized at all -- going 2 Unstoppable, 2 Chaos Power, 1 Improved Blessing is much more stable when the only quanta source you're using is Nova. Same goes for the creature control -- consider replacing some of the Thunderbolts with Basilisk Blood, Freeze, and Shockwave so that quanta usage is more balanced.

Also, four Explosions are excessive, and you won't be able to fuel them in time because you only have six Novas -- they'll probably end up rotting in your hand. Two should be more than enough.

Ok so i made some ajustments based on ur guys feedback and the deck has improved quite a bit and as for the dune scorps coming out early enough they come out by round 1 or 2 usually :) well here is the updated deck:
