Small lulzy-ish deck. Simple strategy. Aflatoxin a cell, get out a SoP. Cells keep growing and multiplying even if they don't attack. Use sundials to buy time and gain attack, then sacrifice the SoP when you can go in for the kill. Obviously this deck dies to RoF, T-storm, pandy, and is quite dampered by damage reduction shields. You could add in arsenic or other cards if you like, change around the exact numberings, but this is just a basic build I came up with in a moment. Also, does malignant cell get the extra boost while flooding is in play?

With either one or more SoPs on the field, they stop your creatures from attacking each turn, and increase their attacks by 1 each turn. Whenever you want, you can destroy your SoP stack and let them go in for the kill.
