Here's a straightforward Mono-Water rush deck that relies on the uberpower of SoG+Permafrost for defense, but relies on a fast, overwhelming offense instead of slow poison.

This deck is faster than the Mono-Water poison deck, and much less vulnerable to the Half-Bloods that tend to drop several massive dragons late in the game. On the other hand, it gets stopped clean by heavy shields, and with less SoGs, it can't handle as much damage. Fortunately, HBs rarely last long enough to really get much massive damage out vs. this deck.
There is a trick to be pulled here: if the enemy has a creature that could interfere with your Ulitharids, wait until the Permafrost Shields freeze it, THEN bring them out and start eating critter's skills. Other than that,
rush hard, rush fast, no mercy.
