This deck is remarkably simple and remarkably effective.  You get out fast poison, build up 8-10 poison counters, and then they kill all of your stuff.  You then hide behind the incredible defensive power of Shard of Gratitude+Permafrost Shield for 15 or so turns, and they die.

It works with remarkable regularity.  The power of Permafrost+Healing simply cannot be denied -- and when you can do all of the necessary offense before the enemy can get his defenses up, 'sit back and chill' becomes a totally valid strategy.

Unfortunately, this deck won't work un-upped due to the necessity of Puffer Fish, not Toad Fish....

I thought farmers were about speed or EMs or both. You said this is about stalling once creatures are killed, so it must be an EM deck, because you can't have a speed stall deck. Does this EM if poison hits first?

It doesn't do EM and it doesn't kill fast and also lose against fire shield.

I never said this was a farming deck.  It's a half-blood killer, just to prove that mono-Water can totally do it.

I'd never farm with this. 8)

Halfbloods don't steal?
If they steal or explode your permanents (you don't have ANY protection), then they simply outdamage/heal you.

Yeha but only 24 out of 144 actually deflag and steal.
I decided to "drop" back in
