I believe SG'ed banned the use anything remotely similar to "CC? Why Bother?" I had a deck that had a titile quite similar to yours, but it was not allowed to enter Deck Archive until I changed the title.
Anyways, a classic Water duo stall! Purifies would work decently here too...I like the Octopus + SoR, though.

It's a problem with usability.
A while after "CC? Why Bother?" was posted, we had a bunch of people copy the name and make their own versions of it by changing it just a little bit. Not only does it make forum readability worse when you have to find the correct topic from a pile of similar names, but it's also not cool towards the person who posted the original topic because you are basically "stealing" the name of his/her topic.
This unwritten rule was not made to protect "CC? Why Bother?" specifically. It applies to all other copycat names as well.
