I tried to remove one grabid and one forest spirit, adding 2 heal into it, or one heal one luciferin, and I find myself making a lot more EM with the change, thus earning more than before.
I have also found that adding EM-ing/healing cards is quite good. I use:

-1 Lycanthrope
-1 Forest spirit
-1 Arsenic

+1 Heal
+1 Luceferine
+1 Vampire dagger

What should I do when enemy has Otygh? Is it fast enough to overcome it?

Should I burrow shriekers to wait to KO or keep them at 8 ATT?

Should I play photons if I don't have an immolation ready to be used for it?
Yes.

Depends on how much HP the AI has left and how much offense you will be drawing. It's often enough to just rush and do as much damage as you can, due to Phoenixes rebirthing several times (and sometimes thanks to Arsenic).

Yes, if you're pulling off a nice rush. If not, it's unwise to play them against the Death/Entropy (Pandemonium, Plague) Elder, the Water/Fire (Rain of Fire), the Gravity/Aether (Otyugh) and the Darkness/Entropy (Pandemonium). Their mass CC and Oty may mess your sources of fodder up.

If he gets out an Oty insanely early then I usually just play Graboids and don't evolve them (unless the AI's Oty hasn't gotten above 3HP in which case you just need to Burrow them if they rise to 4HP after they've Evolved), Immolate Photons as I get that combo in my hand, and then once I can have at least 6-7 creatures on the field at the end of that turn, spam Phoenixes and Evolve Graboids.  It usually can't keep up with that burst of damage unless it has 2-3 Armagio on the field.  Isn't a guaranteed success of course, but it does help me quite a bit.

I modified mine a bit, and this is what I have currently:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vh 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 590 590 590 590 5c1 5f9 5f9 5f9 5f9 5f9 5fc 5fc 5fc 5fc 5fc 5fc 5lb 5lf 6rl 77g 7dp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 8pm

I only use RoLs because my RoL-Hope FG deck, but that means a lot more  :light, thats why I added the pegasus and the blessing. Also, the pegasus sucks up the unused  :air. Gavel is way better than an Arsenic. And I have made a 4 turn victory with this deck. For stronger opponents (Arena) I throw in a Momentum, a Deflag and a Silence/Lightning. Tried out with Crusader, but I rarely drew both Gavel and Crusader. Enemy weapons come handy sometimes though.

Nice deck, very fast. Swapped Pulvy for Arsenic in OP and just won 6 in a row in Bronze League and won a blue Shard.

Thanks

Edited to say this deck is really effing brilliant.

I have been playing this game on and off for a few months now and have just registered to congratulate all of you for coming up with amazing decks. I should really be posting in a number of threads but I'll just use this one. When I started, I was dealt the life hand and I managed to change it around enough to beat AI3 comfortably, but I found it very difficult to come up with new decks that actually work so I took a peek in the forum and wow, some great ideas. At first I realised that even my mono-life could be made faster (frogs and adrenalin), then I discovered some cool rainbows. I love the idea of the liquid antimatter for false gods and the pillar free decks are simply genious. Grabbix really is brilliant, it's extremely fast, it's elegant and easily adjustable for the few upgraded cards I have (I've thrown in chaos power and improved blessing).

It's probably been mentioned somewhere but I'd like to point out that I had just about given up on trying to upgrade cards, it simply takes too long to grind AI3 and even with liquid antimatter farming false gods is a tough job. But grinding the silver league with Grabbix so far turned out to be quite profitable, I finally found myself making 1500 within a reasonable amount of time. Some of the decks I encounter are scary and clever, but Grabbix with a little luck can outrun just about anything.

I think you would've been better off making a new thread in general. Everyone looks there while only those that can use these decks well/want to change decks look in this section, and even then few will go this far back into Grabbix. For help with making decks consider using tools like the quantum index @ http://quantum-index.com/

Well, I'm still pretty much a newbie, I don't think I have anything substantial to offer. Plus now that I spent far too much time the last couple of days "grinding" the silver league with Grabbix successfully it's not going so well anymore. Possibly because I have moved up from level 25 to 33 and because of that now draw better opponents higher up in the league more often? Or maybe people have come up with better decks?

I had checked out the quanta index since it's on the FAQ page and it's something I sort of realised on my own while fine tuning my original deck. But it's not much help with rainbows, something I wanted to try because my 10-odd upgraded cards are all over the place. But a simple rainbow (picking all the cards that need a different quanta to upgrade, Lava Golems, Forest Spirits, Steam Machines and all that) is next to useless. I see only now that even a rainbow needs a strong point, a central idea. I'm fascinated with the stuff people come up with like "It's a trap". I always wondered what those weird voodoo dolls might be good for, obviously I have no imagination.

I'm still short on upped cards and thus have to stick to mostly unupped decks and I keep returning to Grabbix. It's got so much going for it:

1. It's extremely fast. I enjoy epic matches, but since Elements involves so much grinding to make money and gain cards, speed is (in)valuable.

2. Since I only have two (quantum) towers, a deck like this is the only one that allows me to play creatures and deal damage on the first turn.

3. With good draws it's possible to get out 20+ damage by the second turn (and kept unchecked a ton of damage soon after).

4. Relying only on the mark, novas and immolations for quanta, it doesn't care about earthquakes, devourers and discords aren't much trouble and even black holes aren't game stoppers.

5. I usually play a 32 card version with a fog shield (and deflag, see 8.) but if I expect steals I don't bother playing my weapon and shield, neither are necessary to win.

6. Phoenixes are tough to kill.

7. In general, having a lot of fairly powerful creatures out (Phoenixes and Shriekers) means even Maxwell's demons or otys aren't much of a threat... burrow shriekers if you must, otherwise just keep them out.

8. Upgrading: Obviously, cremations are really helpful, I now have 5 of them. Which allows me to add at least one deflagration which is nice to have for an annoying shield (fire or dim, theoretically thorn carapace). Elite graboids are better, too, obviously.

9. Weaknesses: Sure, plenty of them - depending on the draws. The good news is, especially with the upgrades, it's not bad for farming silver and even gold league because there's always the chance the draw goes well for you and badly for the opponent and it's all over in 6 or 7 turns. The bad news - it's not consistent enough to win six in a row in bronze for a special spin and there are "safer" options for AI3. Grabbix's nightmare is obviously... nightmare. ;) But who doesn't hate nightmare? Oh, and the unholy shield, which fortunately not many people use. The fewer HP a creature has, the bigger the chances of being turned into a skeleton, so it's the perfect counter for phoenixes.

My humble summary: Speed is probably your best bet in the arena, where opponents have more HP, upgraded cards and so on. And speed is good anyway unless you want to waste the whole day playing Elements. And considering the setup it has surprisingly few weaknesses. And it's flexible, too. I've played with a vampire dagger, a nightmare, a purify... take out one or two cards and add others instead.
