Shard of focus is good. What about ten SoF? This is the result of trying to make a mutant SoF deck:

The strategy is simple. The deck spawn SoF´s every turn until denial the opponent permanents and quantum. Then you try to win somehow. At this point you´ll have to deal with some creatures spammed by the opponent. Some of them could be very nasty but if you can control them, there´s little that can be done against you.
Works nice against AI4 and below. Facing False Gods has problems, I believe in 33% of wins or so, but Im not sure. I havent tried in PVP2 (I dont have all the shards) but Im convinced in its skills.
I have the sensation that the deck can be improved. Changing the SoSep and SoG by, I dont know, Fallen Druids, Discords, TU, Artic Octopus etc, etc... But this is the best I got.
Some Caps against AI4:

First try.
And then started to come easy winnings.
Obliterate.
With some defeats, I think must happen about 5% of times in AI4.
And some ImprPant of AI5:

The deck have chance even against Dark Matter and things like that.
Sometimes you win...
And sometimes you dont.
The low damage input and almost no CC it´s a problem.
Because if you can deal with the creatures of your opponent when you finish your denial, youre out. It´s a slow death, normally.
