Uncle Jellyfish's Fire Stall is a great deck.  It can be a little slow, but it handles most scenarios rather smoothly.

As for the Firestorm, safko01, it can be helpful in some situations, but I found them almost entirely unnecessary.

Now I need another 40k electrum to finish building this deck...>.<

As you said almost entirely unnecessary but in some situations it is very helpful but what I noticed the most is that it never is a hindrance.  I've never in all of those games drew the FS and was like "Ah Crap I need a RE!"  I can always just hold on to it until it's useful.  Also with the growing number of golem/rainbow rushes the FS seems to be becoming more useful than just another RE.

Personally I have made this a permanent addition to my fire stall.

I have to agree. After doing a bit mroe playing, I've realized that having at most one FS in the deck doesn't hinder it, but does help in some occasions. I'll edit the OP to show the change.

no you didn't...this will work on gods occasionally but is really not the best for that. try CCYB or something else

this deck is very easily modifiable, so, really there isn't an "order"
I prefer mass CC, so I would upgrade firestorms, but other might like single-target, so they would upgrade rage elixirs
and u can also upgrade bucklers for efficiency, it's debatable
