It's strange how this deck haven't received feedback yet, IMO it's an heavy one in PvP2.

theres not alot to say about it ACCUSO, personally I don't like deck outs but thats because I think any game that last longer than 8 turns is too long.

No really, you can easily misplay with Spark, so every other 1 cost creature will work better.

I get your point and i think you mean 0 cost since SoSac drain all your quanta, so i suppose a gnome, with its 2 HP, will do the work.

0 cost for spam rewind>Gnome Rider because it costs 0 and has 2 HP(in case you will misplay it as you guys said, so it will have more chances to survive in case of damage).

About the deck now,
I think is't quite dependant on the hand of the opponent.
SoB will only be most useful when the opponent has room for 3 cards ( and so do you)
besides sosa will let the opponent hold it's creatures in his hand preventing you from doing much useful with SoB
