This seems to do quite well against half-bloods. May also run few SoGs.
One tip: AI will prioritize arsenic over wings, but stolen arsenic obviously cannot hurt you with wings on. Haven't tested yet, but may also work in PvP.

I've seen this deck done with vultures and flying EEs, I think that'd work better than poison.

EEs are pretty hard hitting, but flying EE is a two card combo, inherently less stable. EEs are also very quanta heavy. Everything in this deck is dirt cheap to play (equal to or less than 3 cost) so this deck is very stable.
Edit: Revised the deck. Although I'm not a big fan of running them in duo, SoGs help significantly with EMs, and looks like I can get away with running only 10 quanta producers by tweaking this a bit. Only thing that is bit iffy right now is the total lack of CC (except soft CC from web) which could be problematic when HBs pull something like elite oty or maxwell.

After testing this in PvP, L3, t50 and L5, seems that this may need some more tweaking though.
