Flood was pretty useless imo. As any mass generation creatures ( IE: Virus, Oty, Queen, etc ) were quickly frozen.

Note: Title was a reference to Diablo 2.

With only 3 dragons, does this deck have the teeth to be effective? Beautiful idea though.

I originally had 4, but many people said QI was too low and take out a dragon. And I'd call it a stall, so I don't think it needs to kill the opponent too quickly. I see it causing rage, your whole field frozen, nothing you can do except kill squids but then I also have congeals under my sleeve.

Have you tried Inundation? Pretty high cost, but probably worth it, since you'll be able to lock down your opponent with Congealing more easily.

Can't say I have, I'll be sure to try it out and give results.

Have you tried this with 3 Protect Artifacts? Having only 2 is too random to my taste. Then again if the opponent doesn't have any permanent removal, you would have 3 dead cards in your deck instead of 2.

Seems quite well balanced, but i would not feel at ease with this since you can get countained by a few shards or 1-2 antimatters.

I don't find I need more than 2, but if you ever play the deck feel free to add a third and take out a tower.

Why don't you just name this deck," Neptune, Revamped!"....but yours is nice too   i would try - 1 pillar +1 Dragon OR Permafrost. Since you're using the SoR's on the squids, you dont need much water quanta.
