I've been thinking about a condor ball lightning deck for a long time.  I'll have to give this a try.

ive had a deck like this, minus the shards plus graveyards, very successful if you play it right

This deck is quite slow to develop, leaving you open to a myriad of rush decks. One thing to try would be Retrovirus instead of Ball Lightning.

well the theory is to, for at least my strategy, is to fractal the ball lightning, doing a max of 45 in 1 turn, then also giving the vultures 9l10 and you have a shield of 18, so with ideal draws you should have little to worry about, even with some rushes

If you play your condor(s) after playing your ball lightnings then the condors attack last and instead of doing 1dmg they'll do 9 or however many it'll be with your ball lightnings.
