Shovel in the hate. I searched for this and didn't get a hit back like this.
Works well for AI3, but my lack of moolah has restricted me from testing this in Arena
Arsenics are there for early poison and damage and also to lure out SoFo's that you'll Nightmare. They could be switched out for Stilettos
In games you will probably have one of three things happen:
1) Good amount of Pest, with a SoFo to just take out pillars, maybe one nightmare, enemy shut down quickly - WIN
2) Enemy has plenty of quanta, you nightmare SoFo as much as possible, hope AI's SoFo sucks up their quanta, while you wittle down their pillars and pests help - WIN
3) Everything else goes wrong - LOSE

A couple rewinds could probably go a long way if you could manage to fit them in there.

He could replace the arsenics.

Also, about the strategy of SoFo consuming the enemies quanta: maybe you can put some (or all) unupped SoFo's since
they have higher cost. I'm not sure but I think in early game against Monos/Duos a difference of two quanta is remarkable.
Since your deck doesn't seem to care too much about the opponents permanents (Pest totally ignores shields) for you it has
less disadvantages to have unupped SoFo's.

Rewinds would be a good idea but in the case of early Arsenic games are easier.
Unupped SoFo is a possiblility, I believe it is a one quantum difference 7/6
And, oh the deck does care about opponent's perms, destroying the quanta sources are a big part of the denial
Sanc totally ignores pests

Closest I've seen to this was one of Calin's immorush decks that focused on the permanentless+SoFo+nightmare combo. The biggest problem I think I see lack of quanta and a slow start for you. Replace one arsenic for fog?

Possible, I like my Arsenics, but they can be done without. Or at least one

Gave this a go. The best cards I could come up with for your (arsenic)free slots are:
Any of the 1 cost CC cards(You don't reliably hit above 3 of a single quanta and even 2 of a single quanta is a little sketchy)
Quake sand(Synergy with the overall theme)
WereWolf(Synergy with darkness :])
Cards without cost that generate quanta.
Or just add Dragons/Eclipses

Cards I tried but never worked well
2xANY card w/ a cost (if you draw both you almost NEVER get them on the field)
Weapons (arsenic/Dagger, both upped and unupped@Dagger) The chance of this just getting destroyed as soon as it is played is so high, that it isn't even worth it.
Sanctuary(Again, 3+Cost card)
Discord(Same as Sanct unfortunately)

Questions:
Should I use the earth on any of the cards? And if so, which? Pests I'm guessing, although I could be wrong.
Would Vampires help this deck at all, or no?

edit: I just proved to myself that it can get 6 wins in Bronze pretty easily. (Guessed that would be true, but wasn't sure) Will try Silver next(really not sure if it can be good here, especially since some bronze matches are close due to not enough damage
edit2: the first game in Silver showed me one thing. I hadn't faced any rush decks in Bronze, but a fire rush deck in silver just destroyed this.
