[Arena] [Silver] Nova generating excess quanta.

Potential Issues:
- CPU playing Nova when card does not exist in deck list.
- Nova generates excess quanta.

Early on, CPU plays pillars and manages to play an upped Lobotomizer before I starve him with Pests.
Game progresses normally for several turns as I continue to Fractal Pests/Vampires, then this happens..

1. Out of nowhere, CPU uses Nova (an odd card to have in a mono-aether deck, I think)
2. Nova generates 1 extra and 14 extra .
3. CPU plays Phase Shield and Lobotimizes a Vampire (spot 2), then passes turn.

Pretty sure it's a bug, and I didn't see anything about it or similar in any of the known bugs, archived, common issues, etc.
