Definitely a good idea to add to the game. There should be cards that mess with the deck as there is so much potential here. Count my vote for incorporating this card in the game!

its a random card from the deck... sure it might take the card you need for the OTK but its a fairly low chance.
If this card is kept until late game the chances of it stopping a OTK are escalated as the opponent is searching for one card in a small number of cards left inn there deck.
